Description
The QTEK High Temperature Masking Discs are made from a polyimide film – commonly referred to as Kapton Tape. Used for solder wave masking or electrical insulation, the High Temperature Masking Discs can withstand temperatures of up to 260°C / 500°F. The discs have high dielectric strength and offer excellent performance in electrical and thermal insulation
- 1.5 mil of Silicone adhesive which does not leave any residue
- Flame resistant
- Chemical resistant
- Offers easy release of disc for quick removal
- Silicone PSA - 45μm
- Polyimide film - 25μm
- Temperature resistance: 240°C - 260°C
- 1,000 discs per roll in various diameters
